Add Video feature

i can't select "add video" because i cannot put my video into photo album on my iphone...
i tried mp4 and mov formats and both didn't work...
to what format do i need to convert my gopro video so iphone will accept?
i did select "include videos" from itunes under "photos"...

Which iOS do you run, which iPhone, and what is the resolution of your GoPro video? Is it FullHD?

Original GoPro video is 1080p.

Ok, so the format is not the problem (iTunes skips FullHD synchronization to iOS4.x devices).
As I assume you are on a Windows system, maybe someone who synchronized videos successfully can help.
On a MacOS system, it is important you add the video to iPhoto on the Mac side.
