Harry's GPS Suite Forum

Hi there.. I'm new to the forum but I need help please..
I have connected my go pro 3 to my Samsung S7 via Harry's.. . I cannot seem to preview the camera and even when I record manually it says the camera is offline even though it clearly shows that it's connected.

The OFFLINE preview is a marker for a video not yet transferred from action cam to smartphone. Please read about steps necessary in Video Documentation available from www.gps-laptimer.de/documentation.
