iOS/Go Point BT1/Harry

Post by kemosabe421 »

1998 BMW M3, iPhone 6 and Go Point BT1.
BT1 is installed in car and connected to iPhone.
BT1 does not show up on sensor list in Harry.
How can I get Harry to recognize the BT1?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. You need to pair the BT1 with iOS (Bluetooth settings) in addition.
Once this is done, LapTimer will recognize the BT1 automatically.

Fwiw you can check this by running a 3rd party diagnostic (eg dashcommand) software to see if the gopoint is really connected or not. Even if the iPhone settings show the device as being connected in your list of Bluetooth devices, it may very well not be recognized. And say dashcommand doesn't connect then your issue is not specific to harry's
