Low cost ELM327 for Harry's Laptimer - expensive one just broke

Post by The Speed Chief »

I purchased a more expensive GoPoint unit and it just stopped working after just a few months. I am frustrated with spending more on what is likely the exact same thing as the cheaper units. Does anyone know of a reliable ELM327 unit that works with an iPhone or iOS and Harry's Laptimer?

You have the most reliable already. In case it is a hardware fault, please contact GoPoint and ask for a repair / replacement. In case you have connection issues, make sure to switch to the latest iOS version first. Check for new GoPoint firmware next. In case it still doesn't work, goto iOS Settings and "forget" the adapter from the list of Bluetooth devices. Pair it again and start over.
