only last 3 laps

having have the trial version a couple of years ago i upgraded 2 days ago to the petrolhead version off play store.

i was at oulton park yesterday it was only recording 3 laps at a time(annoying when slicks take 2 laps to warm up).. so i upgraded again to grand prix version thinking it would give me more laps/

its still 3 laps then i have to set it up again.. i dont use cameras to communicate so
1/ did i need to upgrade and
2 does it only record the first 3 laps?

The only trial version available for LapTimer on Android is from suspicious sources, I have never offered something like this. LapTimer detects if it has been hacked and will terminate after 3 laps.
