Yes, it is quite delayed... But the good news is that LapTimer v22 should get available end of this or latest next week.

v22 sets most settings for max speed automatically now. This however, applies to CAN based cars. CAN allows a number of tweaks not available for older bus types.
The one thing you can try is limiting ECU communication to the engine control unit. Set the “ECUs Adressed” Expert Setting to “ECM”.
