For some reason, my video is upside down on my iphone. Yes, I can turn it upside down to view it but all of the telemetry is upside down. Can anyone help?

I have received another report like this but have not been able to reproduce it. Can you please give a step by step description what to do to get into this situation. Please add which direction (clockwise / counter clockwise) the device is rotated to during recording.

I don't think I did anything special. I hit the video button then turned it sideways and put it on the windshield mount.

Ok, so you didn't enter the video view... I need to check if orientation is set correctly for this shortcut.

Updated to v20.0.1 this past week and my video is now recorded upside down. This is in the lap list video preview and exported overlay. Using internal camera and with autocross standing start. Did not have chance to troubleshoot yet.

Please rotate the phone the other direction currently. This bug has been introduced during the recent rework of video recording in v20. The next bugfix release will have a fix included. For videos recorded, you need to rotate them back using some video editor. I do not have a recommendation here, but there are apps available so you can do it on your iPhone like https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/video-r ... 26004?mt=8

To rotate video, you need to transfer them to Photo app first:

- Goto LapTimer ‣ Analysis ‣ Video List and select a video.
- Use the Move action (flower icon) to transfer the video into the Photo app.
- Apply the change using the app discussed.

In case the app creates a new video or changes the link, you will need to relink the video moved:

- Select the video moved to Photo app in Video List
- Press Re-Link and select the rotated video from the list shown

Afterwards, you should be able to watch the video overlaid (Play in Lap List ‣ any lap).

Please update to 20.0.3, it has some critical bugs fixed.

FWIW:

Have the same problem with 20.0.3/iPhone 6:

It worked fine during two laps at Nürburgring, then we did some section training and I just the manual start feature and everything still was fine but after maybe 7 manual recordings the video was upside down.

Did two more laps of the Ring and the video still upside down.

Please check the FAQ on "Known Bugs". I have fixed the item for both iOS and Android already, but it will take some days until it is getting available. Workarounds are included in the FAQ.
