In which orientation did you have the phone? Has it been mounted in the wind screen? Although this can be fixed easily (by applying the correct interpretation :-) ), it should indeed show longitudinal acceleration the other way around...

mounted on windscreen, the charging socket was facing the left of the car (if sitting in it)

I tested this a minute ago and actually it worked as expected. Maybe you changed orientation of the device after calibration has been done already... Without a log, it will be difficult to understand what exactly happened. Please just check if you can reproduce it and let me know.

Ok I replicated what happened. I had the phone already horizontal, but with the charger port on the left, i quickly turned it around, so the charger point was on the right, and it didnt ask for recalib

xps911,

You can fix that, but it will take a while. On the traction circle chart page there are buttons to rotate the data in case the yaw calibration was off. The problem is that each button press only rotates by two degrees. If it's off by 180 degrees, you will need 90 steps. Also, for me, it doesn't always rotate when I tap the button, so it would take even longer. Oh, and you have to adjust each lap separately.
