The VBOX Sport for example uses Herbert Richter parts as suction cup mount:

Simply sticking the adhesive adapter to the XGPS and using any Herbert Richter mount available...but please double check on the above articles, just looked them up in a hurry.

I use the Scotch All-Weather Fasteners glued to the dash and the back of the XGPS160 removed from the rubber mat. So far, so good.
