LapTimer hangs with "Video recorded is passed to Photo app…"

Harry, just picked up an iPhone (v4.2.8) and your app was the first installed...looks fantastic. My 17minute test video was not able to overlay (ran for 3 hours) so I had to restart the phone. Tried to do a second test and after 2 minutes I stopped recording and got the "passed" error message, forcing me to restart phone again. Is there a work around for this?

Semi-related question: Can overlay be done in an external device, (e.g. on my PowerBook, iPad2 [which also has the app installed]) or does it have to be rendered in the iPhone?
