With all connections in place, it often takes some minutes until iCloud synchronization starts. Once it has started, it usually transfers with the speed one can expect. On the crash: please check your data (Lap List -> Check Data) to make sure LapTimer has no problem here. There is one known bug in 17.0.2 related to overlay - mostly triggered by additional intro and extro times. Will (hopefully) be fixes in 17.0.3.
