The Kiwi would require an individual calibration of orientation like older LapTimer versions did by default. The current approach of using predefined orientation has reduced support requests on wrong calibration by factors. Disadvantage number two: bandwidth available is the limiting factor for the Kiwi already. Adding IMU data at 30 or more Hz would degrade OBD performance massively.
