One Track with Long and Short Configurations

Hello,

There will be a Time Trials event at the new Atlanta Motorsports Park next weekend (June 9-10)
On Saturday, we will be running on a 'Short' track configuration, while 'Long' on Sunday. Here's a track map showing what I mean: http://www.atlantascca.org/documents/Ra ... %20Map.pdf

I'm new to LapTimer, I just purchased it a couple of days ago, but from what I understand having two tracks sharing a few POIs is not possible.
What I'd like to set up is two tracks with the same Start/Finish but different sectors.

Please let me know.

You can set up tracks with overlapping triggers / pois. You only need to activate one at a time. Laptimer will warn you if you have overlapping track sets.

You cannot share, but copy track sets: define a full 'AtlantaMP' track set including the long configuration POIs. Check the two links below for a 'how to' and background information.

Next use the 'Certify' button in the POI list to send the track set to yourself. This saves this configuration for later use. Now you simply rename the track set to 'AtlantaMP Short' (done in 'Manage List')) and reduce it to the actual POI set.

Add your copied track set by long-pressing the .hpoil file you sent to yourself a few seconds ago. Ignore the conflicting track set message here and keep both.

We are not fully done here as LapTimer will not work well with conflicting track sets. To be able to switch between both, you simply certify both track sets with me. Afterwards, you will be able to download the right configuration from the Tracks list.
