Track certification method

I've found the policy and tutorials to track creation but it then goes down hill from there, one tutorial describes a test to check your track and policy describes star ratings for elements of the set.
I can't find in v2.0 test or means to submit ?

The tutorial dates back to the time LapTimer has been iOS only. The test function is not available for Android. The Certify button is in the options menu instead of the end of the list like in iOS.

Here is the certification process once you have defined a set of POIs (sample Mosport):

This is the Lap List showing a the track Mosport, and user defined track set. Selecting the row User Track Set brings you to the POI Set View:

Select the options menu in the top right and select Certify...

To come to the QA dialog. All stars yellow, so the track is ready to be submitted using Certify (which in turn generates a mail).
