Adding Splits to Clark International Speedway & Batangas Rac

Hi From the Philippines! I noticed that Clark International Speedway and Batangas Racing Circuit has no splits, calling Harry for help! Maybe we can add some splits on this track...

just added splits to Clark International Speedway (long and short configuration) and Batangas Racing Circuit.
Please reload the tracks via 'add-ons', 'Update' list via the button at the right top,
search for the track e.g. via 'Clark' / 'Batan' and download them.
