There's also a small icon on the left with the track layout and you might want to try rotating your device to landscape ;)

Bugatti Circuit and the full configuration driven during the 24 hours (Circuit of the Sarthe) are available.

"The Bugatti Circuit, a permanent circuit used for racing throughout the year and the 'Maison Blanche' Circuit which is a tighter Circuit just South of the Bugatti Circuit that can be adapted to different lengths ranging from 1.9 - 2.9 miles. "

Here's the documentation on making track sets:

http://www.gps-laptimer.de/Tracks.html

The link you provided doesn't feature any details on the track (start/finish, corner names etc.) and you will probably need that to certify the track.
You can also simply set a start/finish point right at the track, that's all you need for lap timing without splits etc.

Here's what I found out:
The track is part of the driving academy at le mans and has up to 5 different configurations. No infos on start/finish (not even on the homepage, maybe because it's not used for racing?), nothing visible on Google Earth. This is the best I could find on corner names and layouts:

i've spoken to the organiser and he has given me the route they will be driving (and by looking at footage on youtube, seems to be whatever else runs when using cars) :)
