sorry if im being dumb, but how do i swap tracks with both downloaded? when i click active on bugatti under tracks it's saying "currently points of interest, in case you process this add on download, this existing poi will be repalced by the download"?

You don't have to swap, because these two tracks don't overlap. If both are donloaded, Laptimer will pick the appropiate one.
However you can also take a look at the wrench in the upper left corner of the timer view, there yoh can set the track in advance but it's not a must.
