Since the latest update I’m not able to use the app anymore. It instantly closes to background after showing the startscreen.

Is there a way to secure the data before reinstalling the app??

Do not uninstall in case you have not created an external backup before!

To answer your question, I'd need to know whether you use Android or iOS and which version.
