Dyno's start speed does not allow values between 0 and 30 kph

Post by Guttorm »

Background: I'd like to time race start, from 10 to 90 kph, in order to improve start technique.
However I can only set start speed to =0 or >= 30 kph.
Is this a limitation in the current version of Dyno, if so when will Dyno allow setting start speed also in interval 1-29 kph?

The 30 kph threshold is probably a bit conservative, but it is about issues with measuring low speeds using GPS. What you can do is setting a zero to ... range and record like this. Now, goto the Recordings ‣ your recording ‣ Data Analysis ‣ Preview ‣ Charts. Tap the screen in two spots, e.g. near 10 km/h and 90 km/h. Drag the cursors around until you get a match. Dyno will display all types of differences between the two cursors, including the 10 - 90 time.
