Importing videos to iphone

What format do i use and how do i import it to a iphone 5s? I cant seem to do it on itunes, when i add new folder it says the folder is empty

Hi,

Please check the Video Documentation available from www.gps-laptimer.de/documentation, it includes a step by step description. The best way to transfer footage to iPhones is using iTunes File Sharing.

is there a way to have the overlays exported and overlayig the videos externally?

There have been some discussions on this here too. Search for "blue box". LapTimer does not offer an out of the box solution for this, but there are work arounds.

For iOS you will see overlays are actually easier and faster done on the phone than on a PC.
