Will HLT GP trigger multiple GoPro Camera's?

That is not possible without some complex router / repeater arrangements. Each HERO claims its own wifi currently and smartphone can connect to one at a time only. GoPro uses a proprietary protocol for their remote control. Maybe they will support a smarter arrangement in the future...

Looks like the new Hero4 has got BT as well as WiFi - can you see the potential to be able to control both at the same time - appreciate you'll probably need to get hold of one first?

I have not checked which information is available for the BT API yet.
Except for transferring footage from GoPro to iPhone / Android phone, BT LE is a lot better to control the cam.

Count another user here who would love to see multiple Hero4 support over BT.

I have a Hero4 Black, and should have another one by the end of the month (assuming they ever ship the "Music" edition... sigh)

I could verify this item. Multi cam support is not possible with the current HERO4 firmware. So you can remote control (and automatically transfer videos starting with LapTimer v19), but need to operate any other cam manually.
