V19 and GoPro Hero 3 versus 3+

The V19 announcements say that GoPro support is moving to official for the Hero 3+/4. What does that mean for those of us with an Hero 3?

It means, until v19 it simply was unofficial and experimental ;-)
It will still work with all Wifi capable Gopros.
