Upgraded forum software to phpBB3 v3.2

Hello,
After a long time I have updated the forum software from phpBB3 3.1.7 to 3.2.5 now.
This updated version should fix the long lasting issue we had with users not getting approved in general once their first post has been approved by an administrator.
As phpBB changed quite a bit between 3.1 and 3.2 most extension we had have been removed. This means this is a pretty basic bulletining board now with not a lot of gimmicks like Thanks functions et al.
Beside some tweaking of forum style (colors and logo), the forum is coming with a Privacy Policy compliant with EU DSGVO. Users need to agree to this Privacy Policy before registering.
