Changed Registration

Dear friends of LapTimer,
As it seems to be a common pattern for spamers to register at a forum, and leave an odd message with some links to external pages, I changed the policy for forum registration. The new policy requires me to approve the first post you write after having registered freshly at the forum. I'm aware this is not nice for new users, but cleaning up the forum every morning to get rid of these spam messages cluttering the forum is odd too.
