Hi,
I'm having issue with this on my Mini Cooper. Basically what happens is I have no trouble connecting to my iPhone bluetooth and no problem in connecting OBDLink iPhone app, the status and figure of the engine shows up perfectly once I connect it in OBDLink app
However, whenever I want to see these figure in Harry's timer GrandPrix race mode, the app quits or the status of the engine (rpm, output, etc) never shows up.
I have update the firmware of OBDLink to latest, still doesn't work.
In the Sensors list it's connected, but in the status dashboard it says update rate abnormal. Any hints for making this work? Or should I just get a Kiwi instead?
Thanks,
Zack

Re: Problems with OBDLink MX+
Make sure the OBDLink app is killed - it will access the adapter from background. In case this doesn’t help, try these three setting changes, all in Expert Settings / OBD Tweaks:
Adaptive Timing ‣ Enabled
ECUs Addressed ‣ ECM
Disable Parallel Requests ‣ YES
The last one adds a high update rate penalty, so try to not use this one.
