The first of the seven screen dumps from the iPhone shows error codes, the next six screen dump shows other values..
But none shows fuel consumptions, might be so that it doesn't´t show until running..

Posts the mail that I got from you with the readout from the log.
Might be of interest of other readers who like to find a solution..
There is a reply "41 00 BE 1F F0 10 \r" which translates to 1011 1110 0001 1111 1111 0000 0001 0000 for availability of PIDs 01 to 21. Every '1' or '0' indicates availability of the respective PID (I've highlighted the '1's in bold).

01 01 4 Monitor status since DTCs cleared. (Includes malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) status and number of DTCs.) Bit encoded. See below.
01 02 2 Freeze DTC

01 20 4 PIDs supported 21-40 Bit encoded [A7..D0] == [PID 0x21..PID 0x40]

MAF is said to be delivered, although only RPM, Throttle Pos, Vehicle Speed are visible in the log file. In general, and despite the length of the log file, there is only a very small number of OBD interactions included.

Fuel consumption is calculated from MAF. It is not delivered by OBD dongles.
