You can turn on and off video stabilizing in LapTimer's Video View (small tool icon). It is usually turned on and work pretty well for the iPhone5 and 5S (didn't do a good job for the 4S).

Yeah that was turned on. But my videos are still shaky....

Looking at the front of the car you can see the video stabilizer working very nice by the way.
