The link seems to be broken, please check. Please do not exclude any PID except those disturbing OBD updates. You see OBD updates are disturbed if you get red dot signals in the OBD RPM gadget (e.g. GPS View), or the OBD Update rate is 0 Hz (check Sensor List).

I also have a red 0mz on the ODB but I am getting much better response now.

In case you get 0 Hz, nothing will be recorded - so that is not an option. You need to add PIDs to the exclusion list until you get a refresh rate better than 1 Hz. Or the other way around: enter 09020160010B0105010601100111 and verify you get updates. Now, remove one of the 4 digit sequences. In case you still get > 0Hz, it is fine and can be removed. Iterate through the list like this and remove all sequences that keep you with updates.

You do not need to exclude 0105 as you received a response for it in the former snapshot. Instead of removing throttle (0111), please replace it by Throttle PID "Position D" (or another one) in LapTimer's Expert Settings / OBD Tweaks. Once you have done this, can you please provide me with another snapshot? Thanks!

When I remove 0105 ODB goes red 0hz. If I remove 0111 and change to position D ODB goes red 0hz. I tried all throttle pid setting and they all result in ODB red condition. I can't get a snapshot right now be will later today. Thanks Harry.

Strange... Especially the first one as a reply has been reported as seen in the snaphot above. Anyway, you need to configure it to get more than 0 Hz, that is more important...

Here is where I am at

PIDs excluded: 0105010601100111

With this I was still getting a red blinking on the rpm block every other other time. It would be green and gray then green and red. Have 2-3hz response on OBD.

I then turned on Force Sequential Requests and now I only see green with gray blinking on the RPM block. I did try to remove 0105 after this change and it still set obd red. I also tried to remove 0111 and tried all alternate PIDs for throttle. Each one caused red obd.

I am getting data for rpm, speed, throttle, power, torque, and coolant. Coolant shows orange condition.


Update: Was just playing with sequence pause and set it .05 and now I can remove 0105. Make sence as I have seen response times for this at over 400ms. But now I am still getting a once and awhile red in the rpm box. Coolant is now clear.

That's real trial and error...
In case you get the red bubble from time to time only, either OBD produces a timeout, or it is a problem with the PIDs requested at low frequency:

0101 "DTCCNT"
011C "OBDSUP"
012F "FUELLVL"
0105 "ECT"
015C "EOT"
0106 "STFT1"

The named effect of changing the sequence pause is a hint the OBD has problems processing the requests coming in...
As written above, you need to find a configuration with now red bubble, that is important.
