[PLEASE VOTE] LapTimer v20 Feature Priorities

I start deciding on feature groups to prioritize for LapTimer version 20 and it is your opinion I need!
My short list for LapTimer v20 is down to 99 items and there are another 150 items not scheduled at all...
You see what the problem is...

LapTimer v20 will be the Spring 2016 major release.

Tick any number of items important to you. But please be focussed, if you select all, others make priorities!

Thanks for participating!

On better analytics: Fix the yaw rate plot so it's not wildly off for autocross or give us the option to get rid of it. Bring back total g vs distance and/or use total g with the lateral and lineal g plots rather than putting lateral on the lineal plot and vice versa. Even better would be the ability to select from a list of plots so things like heart rate don't show up if you don't have a heart rate monitor.

Other idea (android):

* possibility to save filter préférence in laptiming liste. defaut is "lap", but after many trackday, we have a lot of lap, and a lot of line. So i use the filter "session" to regroup lap,or "track". But if we return to "chrono view", or other view, and after in laptiming we return with "lap" filter and not the last filter using.

* possibility to select manualy which lap to export ( with chekbox for exemple), in the same trackday's day, or not. (but same track)
in order to export for exemple the 3 best lap on 3 track day different on the same track, and after import the VBO file in "Circuit Tool" for data comparison.

- I guess the action cam only mode is a must, especially since after the 4s the internal iPhone cam sucks big time...it has been optimized (and probably will be in the future too) for static photography in all kinds of lighting conditions, anti-shake, auto focus, face recognition and hand held videos with very impressive results...but has also become useless for inboard, high frequency vibrations / high speed situations, even with quality mounts like Ram Mount

- I would also love to see an advanced Apple Watch and / or heartbeat sensors implementation, e.g. Apple Watch switches to workout mode when using it with HLT and of course the visual implementation of the heart beat in the overlay, something I haven't seen in any App by now

- Support for tire pressure sensors. I recently came across these:
http://www.tpmsshop.de/de/produkte/smar ... t-kit.html
and I think this is the manufacturer:
http://www.cubelec.com.tw/ble-en.php
I really like this solution since it works / installs like OEM solutions and apparently does not require any additional receiver. Apps are available so maybe some kind of API too.

I have contacted them an will see if they are interested to support integration.

The big ones for me are:

1) External Cam Only Mode
2) Support for incomplete laps

I usually delete the Phone Camera footage, but recording it still drains battery life -- External Only would be fantastic. Lap Timer typically doesn't capture my last lap of a session as I'm heading for the pit, but it would be great to be able to capture those with overlays.

Cheers!

Harry, I have a hard time understanding some of the analytic charts and displays. I am not sure how to read them and how to apply the interpretation to my driving. Is there other documentation that I may have missed in the main on-line guide?

Also, I seem to be missing a step in Autocross set up. everyone tells me it easy, but I often losee data, sometimes it will record and not others...Obviously the problem is on my end in set up. i did see a set up process in this forum dated June 1, 2011...it seems to be different than what is available now. Has anyone done an up date for us non-computer literate types?

Thank you

Cams come with proprietary interfaces. It is too much effort to add all of them. Mostly the manufacturer do not offer an open interface at all. For more information, please read the cam sections in www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/ios or www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/android.
