I have tried again to get the question about 5hz update answered on the forum, but it still does not get past the moderator.

I see that Kyle has had his post posted on the Dual forum requesting info on the 5 Hz upgrade, with reference to HLT, but no response as yet!

Hi,

Just received a beta firmware for the XGPS150 from Dual. I will try to integrate it this weekend and keep you posted. Please note that this whole integration is complicated and requires some time. Furthermore, even if I get it working, it may take quite some time until I'm able to update LapTimer in the AppStore. (cp. http://www.gps-laptimer-forum.de/viewto ... 1538#p1538).

So thanks for your patience, I keep you posted.

Hello everybody,

The beta firmware provided by Dual worked with LapTimer Pro immediately :-)

As stated above, now both Dual and I need to release new versions of our software, so please be patient.
For LapTimer, I plan the release v15 early spring - right ahead of the next season.
v14.4 is still in review but will not support the high update rate feature for the XGPS150.

Harry,
That's brilliant, many thanks.
I will now wait patiently and stop hassling people!
Now all I need is for Dashware to do bluescreen, and I'm away!
