is it possible to use this external GPS with the Laptimer and Iphone 5S?

Bluetooth devices have to be Mfi certified to work with iOS. This one doesn't seem to have Mfi so it won't work...you could try with a jailbreak but that's up to you and not supported by Harry. If you ask me, get a Dual XGPS150 or 160 and enjoy the official support.

No, a Bluetooth GPS needs to be Apple certified to be connected to an iPhone. From what I see, the Jentro is not.
Please check http://www.gps-laptimer.de/Compatibility.html for all known options.
