This is guaranteed to be silly question, but I want to ask anyway.
I have a BB Z10 laying around not doing anything

Is there anyway to use it as a camera/multi-cam for the HLT I run on my iphone?

If you're asking for Multicam support: no, it won't work and I guess there will most probably never be a Blackberry port of Laptimer.
You could however manually record with that device and use it as additional Laptimer footage like with a Gopro after converting it too a usable video format.
