Sync between iPhone and ipad

Is there a way to sync the data collected from the iPhone to the iPad? I'd rather do the video editing and storing on my iPad Pro rather than working it out on my phone then transferring it to my iPad.

You can export data to .hlptrl and import it to your iPad (open attachment from Mail app). Transferring video is possible too, but will be so time consuming and cumbersome that you will prefer your iPhone again

No, this is the classic approach.
I have a cloud solution in planning, but it needs to be platform independent and support at least iOS, Android and macOS.
