Greetings from Sydney Australia!

I used to drive a Lancer Evolution 7, here i am driving it at the Australian racetrack, Wakefield Park.

Recorded on the July 2014 version of Harry's Laptimer, petrol head edition, on a Galaxy S4 i9505, using the onboard GPS.

I've been to the Ring a few times before with my Elise S1 (11 years in a row, actually).

This year I took my 2007 Exige S, which replaced the Elise autumn last year, for the first time, with a freshly built suspension (usual refresh + Nitron 46mm + Elise Shop toe link kit). And Avon ZZRs.

I only just managed to go around the track faster than with the Elise, but I blame the driver for that - the Exige is quite another beast than the Elise. And I think I might have overestimated myself when going for the Race version of the Nitrons with 550/700 lbs springs, which probably is a bit too stiff on the Ring.

The extremely hot weather was killing for the tyres and grip. Car was sliding quite a bit. I only managed to do 2 laps because of track closures and some oldtimer meeting for which the track was reserved for the final 2 hours.

Speaking of tlres, the new Bridgestone RE-71R is amazing for a 200TW tire.

I really enjoy using Harry's lap timer its a great bit of kit.
My only complaint is that the Nordschleife BTG track layout the start/stop points aren't 100% correct

It starts a bit before the bridge and ends a bit before the gantry. I don't really mind but yeah it isnt perfect.
