Hi, I found a bug in V24 on Android.

When you go into the lap list section. When u click the drop down at the top and select trackday. The app immediately restarts and you see the intro screen again. On my second attempt the I get an android notification to say the app keeps stopping. This is the same result if you click, analysis, lap list, trackday. The other options in the drop down filter the lap list fine. It's only the trackday option that crashes the app.

Thanks for reporting. I have been able to reproduce the issue. It will be fixed in v24.0.1

Hi Harry,

I wanted to post here (as well) since i upgraded already to v24.
Using Android phone PetrolHead edition and not able to connect to VBOX using BT. Read here (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5354&p=26087&hilit=vbox#p26087) that only GrandPrix version supports connecting to vbox now?

Can you please help or confirm?

Thanks,
Zaven

Yes, a direct integration between LapTimer and VBOX Sports has always been a GrandPrix exclusive feature.

For Android, a possible workaround is to install a helper app forwarding any VBOX update to Android's location stack. For iOS, a 10 Hz update rate stream will become available from Apple Mfi program. In both cases, the VBOX will show up as "internal GPS". Neither is recommended because you will miss accuracy and additional information.

Can I use the new Hero8 setting for a Hero9? I am trying it and it seems to kind of work but not 100%.
