By the way, I love the little map in the diagram view. Big improvement!

V20 will prompt users with fully specified vehicles to submit their vehicle to the new repository. We build up a QA process on the server side and will provide automatic completion for users setting up vehicles in one of the next versions. So we collect first to have a reasonable basis and will provide data once it makes sense.

I did a lot of research on good vehicle databases, but none provided the level of detail needed.

With the V20 and Android V 6.0 will I be able to record 25 minutes in 1080P or higher and not have the video truncated in many bits? What is the limit? This question pertains to shooting video with the Galaxy S7 phone. It has a cooling pipe so maybe this one will not overheat like my previous Androids.

I've been using 720p 30fps to have small enough video size that it does not get chopped off by the Go Pro 4. Will V20 keep track off all the partial files or is the limitation the same for Go Pro 4?

The limit is the same for the GoPro, and LapTimer has no 4GB handling (neither splitting , nor joining).

Hi Harry,

I have a LG G4 smartphone. After the upgrade V20 the overlay function does not work. The program hangs, 99% is ready and after this the video will be damaged.

What can I do?

Hi,

Please check #4 in viewtopic.php?f=39&t=1693.

The workaround is to force software based overlaying until the hardware version is fixed for all device types / media configurations.

‣ Support for incomplete, manual and certified laps
‣ Stop button added for triggered recordings allows crash event overlays
‣ Detects "back in the pits" situations and stops recording as incomplete lap
These features are probably fixing one of my biggest concerns with HLT.
Thank you for that!
I will be using v20 for 6 days starting on Sunday. Looking forward to that.

One thing I think I have a problem with but I'm not sure if I remember correctly so please bear with me:

Sometimes I forgets pressing the Video button and passes the Startline and the timing starts: Is there a way to switch to turn on Video recording when this happens?

Not sure. Turning video on directly while a lap is going on is not possible. But you may try selecting Video + Internal Cam to have LapTimer start the video for the second lap. It is not a tested process, but it is probably worth trying it.

Can you explain this tow items please ?

‣ Detects "back in the pits" situations and stops recording as incomplete lap

if i understand, we don't have to click on CANCEL at the enf of Run, it will be automatic ?
So i think we need to have a new event on the track at the return pit lane like "Cancel Flag" ?

‣ Completely new Databases View - maintain backups and any storage

I suppose this database can be use to restore data on a new phone / tablet.
I have read que le database will be if we delete uninstall the app ? Why? Why do not ask user what he want?
This database is linked with google account ?
For example if i uninstall HLT on my 2nd phone , is the database will be erase ?
