if you have a wifi odb, how does that work with trying to control the gopro ?

It doesn't. All the OBD dongles (I know) require their own ad hoc wifi setup. As the iPhone can connect to one wifi at a time only, this is mutually exclusive to the GoPro infrastructure wifi setup. The alternative is using a BT OBD (GoPoint BT1).

is this still the case? just have a track day coming up, and now armed with a 5s and a go pro. Just not sure what to do
