Come on, you just need to update to version 18.0 available since March
To run a multi lap overlay, select any lap for overlay and extent the range to laps ahead and behind.

lol.. ok... it wasn't obvious when I looked... more importantly, I missed my first race this year, so will have to try later in the year... I hope it can sync 400+ laps! (14hrs of racing)
