Auto Rotate Upside Down?

Is it possible to have the iphone screen auto rotate when positioned upside down (vertically)? This would come in handy for anyone using the bad elf lightning gps and wants to use portrait mode but still have GPS positioned facing up to the sky.

Support for upside-down has actually been removed recently for iOS. It looks like this orientation is discouraged by Apple now. I assume this is due to the iPhoneX style home Button operation. It may not work well for the notch side of the screen.
