Recommendations for performance testing features

Post by lzzl551 »

I tested Laptimer's performance and gave you some advice:
1: The option to add video to the performance interface
2: Add the manual start option, and you can manually select the time to increase the start and end of the video when you export the video.
3: Can choose to be based on GPS or OBD trigger
4: Video Overlay The data that adds performance test scores, just like the laptime is displayed.
Hope you can improve the performance function of Laptimer
5:Can upload 0-100 of the data to the server, set up a global acceleration list, it would be very cool
6:Increase the start and end countdown for video display performance testing

I guess I'll second the above, at least the video part. After some mods to my car, I did some 100-200 runs to measure the improvement and wondered about the video functionality. After the runs, I manually added some video to a 100-200 run and was able to do an overlay. I also noticed under the two different track types under "status" and wondered if I simply would have to be in timer view, start the video and then do the runs and timing would be triggered at 100-200. Did not try that but the downside would be the lack of feedback while doing the run since you can't rely on the car's speedo for the GPS speed that well.
