There are three known reasons heath data is not shown in Data Recordings and video overlays:
1) no data available in HealthKit for the time range of the lap (can't see that from the snapshots, please dive into the detailed list)
2) not GrandPrix but Petrolhead or Rookie edition
3) access to Health Data not granted to LapTimer (see Settings ‣ Privacy ‣ Health)
