Start Speed in Performance - HLT GP 20.1.1

Not sure if this is a bug but start speed currently jumps from 0mph to 19mph (30 kph) but 1 mph increments would be nice. Specifically, I would like to do a rolling start from 5mph to 60mph.

Speed changes between 0 and 30 km/h are difficult to handle for GPS systems. To make sure this speed range is handled nicely nevertheless, Dyno excludes this range currently. Standing starts (0 km/h) are handled special applying some extra math. It is probably possible to reduce the range 0-30 to e.g. 0-10, I haven't tested that.

Speed settings are rounded to full km/h and mph depending on your unit settings.
