Many times when I have zoomed into any of the review charts, I accidentally swipe too quickly when trying to scroll left/right, and HLT switches to the next chart. Why not make the gesture to switch to the next chart a 2-finger swipe?
Once that is done, it would also allow you to add "scrolling with momentum" while zoomed in, so that you could quickly move around the lap.

+1. This may be one of the larger frustrations in the UI for me.
