Have been eyeing one of these for a while: http://www.autosportlabs.com/
They provide bluetooth connectivity for mobile devices, but I can see it being pretty tricky since it's the same device providing GPS, accelerometer, gyro and all engine telemetry. However, the specs are pretty amazing...50Hz GPS refresh alone for under $500.
Of course they don't integrate video or any overlay capability which is where Harry's could come in to complete the picture.
