Re: XGPS150 5 Hz update.
I just got the XGPS150 today. got it connected fine. Noted that it was only 1hz and found the details to update the firmware. Had some problems with the process but got it completed and see the successful message etc. I can pair it with the 3GS but now Harry's wont see it as gps device - did I miss...

Re: Why different number of track sectors with different GPS
Your (offcourse) right. The line doesnt match the circuit layout at all. Its a huge difference compared to the laps I did using the tomtom cradle.
Thanks for the fast reply.

Why different number of track sectors with different GPS's
Hi,
Why do I get a different number of track sectors when I use my Tomtom cradle instead of the internal GPS?
When I use the Tomtom cradle I get 5 sectors at Zandvoort and when I use the internal GPS I get 3 sectors. Whats the idea behind this?
Its difficult to compare laps like this.

Re: Timer or racer view while recording video?
That would be a great option! Last weekend I didnt record the video because I found that the timing was more important to see. If I could do both that should be great.
If there is a horizontal timing screen there is no need anymore to turn the iphone 90degrees to start recording video. Great idea!

Re: Video recording more than one lap
Sounds good!
Looking forward to it!
My first coming event is on the ring. Not the best place to test this... Anyway, I will drive lots of laps on Zandvoort in the future so the update is welcome anytime!

Re: LapTimer doesn't record / records several laps in one la
Ok, I have set it to "none", I will test it later. I have a Intrax suspension test day at the 21st of June this year. If I remember, I will let you know if it helped.
Thanks a lot, you made a great laptimer!

Re: LapTimer doesn't record / records several laps in one la
I had this problem yesterday at the Zandvoort circuit. It missed several times the start finish line. I use the tomtom cradle and normally have no problems with GPS measurements. Re: Video recording more than one lap
Ok, but is it possible to start the first and/or next video at the last interm point before start/finish, and stop the video something like 5 seconds after start/finish? It will make the video of the lap more "complete". On the ring its not a big deal, but on shorter tracks I would like to...
