Hm I gave you the wrong info. The empty blue screen video from my dropbox is 29.97 fps and so are my GoPro video's but when I import the blue screen with overlay in final cut pro it is 30 fps whereas my GoPro video is still 29.97 fps. It's weird though because the empty blue screen registers as 29.9...

Yep that's what I mean. 2/8 makes it look like I did 8 laps. I'm going to put a mask over it to cut that part out in my video editor. Also increased the speed of the overlay data by 100,03% to 'fix' the out of sync issue thats caused by the camera roll
