Re: Mirroring on Android Auto / stereo
I have DIY mount for GoPro on headrest which is fine. I have cam close to control it (voice or manually). And even HLT can control the gopro itself

Re: Mirroring on Android Auto / stereo
Unfortunately no. Several of my friends have it, but well functionality is really unpredictable. And these boxes you can find on the internet, most of them are in beta testing process. In the nutshell, you can't control second device through this device. Only way is the TeamViewer which is a little ...

Re: Mirroring on Android Auto / stereo
I saw a box which is some android device and you can use it for screen mirroring and touch control. But it´s cheap piece of HW, so it will be slow, and without camera. And on the other hand, you´ll have 2 devices, not one. Unfortunately whole problem with Android Auto is Google itself. What Google d...

Re: Mirroring on Android Auto / stereo
unfortunately through standard Android Auto app it´s not possible to use it. Maybe with some "magic" AA box with screen mirroring.
Better solution is external cam like GoPro, and phone mounted somewhere on the dash

Re: OBDII Data
Or you can try to set Custom PID in the app, then, maybe it will work.
Here is the list of PIDs

Re: OBDII Data
Any idea why I can't see oil temperature? I can see all the other live data, except oil temp. I'm using TONWON BTLE with GP Edition with a Porsche Cayman 987.2. Hi, that´s quite normal on "VW" cars. Not every car can provide oil temp via OBD dongle, even if you can see temp via VCDS softw...

Re: It´s possible to disable auto-start?
BTW if i check hall of fame of that racing circuit, i think more people had this problem. There is a lot of lap times with times like 1,2 or 20 seconds which is nonsense

It´s possible to disable auto-start?
Hi Harry, just a thought. It´s possible, even temporarily, disable auto start function? Why I´m asking. When I was at trackday and I have parked car next to pitlane, I had car close to finish line. I left phone in car with running app and app went mad in that moment. It repeately started lap time ev...

Re: Smoothnes of OBD data
Hi Harry, just an another update. I tried it on my another phone Huawei P20lite with android 9, also smooth. So I presume, it will be a problem with Android 10
