Re: [HOWTO] Debugging OBD Communication
To delete a sensor not longer used from LapTimer Android's Sensor List, long-press the sensor row and use the action menu to delete. There are always two steps included when adding BT sensors to LapTimer: a) pair the device on BT level (Android Settings) and b) add it to the Sensor List. As long as...

Re: [HOWTO] Debugging OBD Communication
On basic connection level, make sure you have only one app at a time accessing the dongle. If for example the OBDLink app is active in background, it may block the connection for LapTimer. Once LapTimer is the only app accessing the dongle, check it appears in Sensor List with a green / connected s...

Re: [HOWTO] Debugging OBD Communication
Got OBD2 MX BT today with high hopes. It connected quite easily to the companies diagnostic software (an app on my android phone). Not so much with HLT. It seems maybe it "paired" as I can see it on the sensor list. But connect, no. Do I need to uncheck all those expert settings that I che...

Re: OBD linked to hlt but no data when overlay is done.
Android - as subject states the bluetooth connection was successful, laps were done, after overlay videos show g meter & map of course (left side data) but on the right side no throttle, rpm, gear selected etc. So after my obd is linked (BT) is there another place in HLT where I have to tell HL...

Where doe G meter originate?
From phone accelerometer or from the gps function?
I have motox/android and dual 160
The g meter is off even when standing still.
I thought I understood that it would calibrate with a hard brake (abs engage) or two but by the 10th lap the meter was still off.
Thanks.
