Every time I start the car, the throttle position reads very high until I've applied full throttle in Grand Prix edition v17.0.5. Doesn't this information get saved somewhere? I don't remember it being a problem with version 16. I'm having other problems too, but I haven't downloaded the crash logs ...

I was able to import the video into my iPod and select the video to add in HLT v17.0.5, but the time code looks to be in hundredths of a second rather than frames when trying to sync the finish line so it eventually gets lost and crashes.

I always have to reset the start and stop positions entered using the Autocross Assistant (which is still somewhat annoying) so adding split points in the Assistant wouldn't help as far as I'm concerned.

A month later and still nobody actually has one? If I do buy one, I'm going to get the external magnetic antenna for the car roof rather than use the internal antenna with a windshield suction cup mount. That should minimize multipath and shadowing.

I should have left well enough alone. I updated to 6.1.2 and problems are back in spades. I've had to do a full system restore twice. It looks like if you go into lock mode, when you come out you have to kill and restart any app that uses the Emprum GPS.

It looks like updating my iPod to iOS 6.1 has solved the problem. Since updating several days ago, I haven't had an iapd crash. I'll be trying it in the field this weekend.

I second the request for Z axis acceleration data. It's very important if the track isn't level.

Either a separate graph to compare throttle position vs distance in different laps or include it as an overlay on the speed or rpm graph. It's the only way to tell if you actually went flat out through a corner or your brain stem made you lift your right foot.

There appears to be a bug in the iapd daemon in iOS 5 and 6 (it may be worse in iOS 6) that controls communication to the Emprum Ultimate. The daemon will crash occasionally.
