Re: Not enough memory to overlay
Thanks Harry, I'm familiar with iExplore, should have realised I can get to it that way. 12 gig seems too small for such a long video yet the device had not run out of memory. The amount of free memory would have been about 8 gig less during recording as I deleted an old video after the drive and 30...

Not enough memory to overlay
I've got a video of a "lap" which is a bit longer than I intended, 98 minutes to be precise. When I attempt to overlay there is a message "Master Video ok, overlay data available, low memory (6.7 GB missing) and the overlay will not start. ITunes shows apps using 12.39 GB, Other using...

Re: No route trace on video
Ok, thanks. There's no hurry, just thought I better check due the mail issues I'm having. I've recorded many long videos before and the trace has been fine.

Re: No route trace on video
Did you get the hlptrl file that I sent? There's problems with Yahoo imap mail at present so I'm never sure if it has really been sent.

Re: No route trace on video
Would the rogue fix show up on Google Earth? What you say makes sense but I can't see anything unusual in the CSV.

No route trace on video
I recorded a video of just over one hour yesterday and when viewing found that there is no route trace on the vid, just a green dot where it should be. All other display data are correct as is the kml export when viewed in Google Earth. So all the data appear to be there but not displayed on the vid...

Re: New users - Questions / Advice
From that list it could only have been GPS, we can check the data for the laps and see if that was the case by means of the CSV export?

Re: New users - Questions / Advice
If you start video recording manually in the pits will the stop/start trigger on the track then be ignored? My friend has several laps all run together and this would explain what's happened.

Re: Overlay Crashes
That's it. I forgot that the raw video is for the full session, not each lap. When I deleted the pit lane "laps" I should have left the video.
